This extension will stop working!

Hey there!

I want to let you know that starting in June 2024, Google will no longer support Chrome extensions with manifest v2. Unfortunately, this means that my extension will no longer work since it hasn't been updated to meet the requirements of manifest v3.

After giving it some thought, I've decided not to invest any more time in developing Chrome extensions. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate your trust in using my extension.

Usage instructions

SEO Shortcuts is a Chrome extension that functions as a smart bookmarklet. It features several commands which can be accessed through Google Chrome's address bar, which is also known as the omnibox.

Windows

  • 1 Open a tab and visit a website
  • 2 Select the Omnibox: Ctrl + L or click the Omnibox once
  • 3 Type Shift + > and press Tab
  • 4 Type a command * and press Enter
    • * use command help for an overview of all available commands

macOS

  • 1 Open a tab and visit a website
  • 2 Select the Omnibox: Cmd + L or click the Omnibox once
  • 3 Type Shift + > and press Tab
  • 4 Type a command * and press Enter
    • * use command help for an overview of all available commands

Extension options

You can set the preferred Google .tld and interface language for most of Google's web services. Open the extension options in the Chrome Extensions settings.
